The Nanaimo District raised an astounding $1860 through their ice tea sale outside Save-On-Foods to contribute to the Lytton First Nations Fundraiser. During their three days of fundraising, they encountered many inspiring moments, such as when a community member told stories of her family who was directly impacted by the fire and when a kind woman donated a total of $200 in support. Nanaimo volunteers also distributed cups of ice tea to hardworking Save-On employees and would like to thank everyone who helped with this event!
