Nanaimo Bottle Drive Initiative

In September, the Nanaimo District organized a successful bottle drive to support students in need at a local high school!  Volunteers went door to door, collecting bottles and donations, and sorted them the next day at the local recycling depot. We raised a total of $251.30 to provide gym strip for students who are unable to afford it. This initiative not only made a positive impact within the school community but also contributed to the recycling of over 2,000 bottles!
