As an incoming Grade 12 student, Jason is currently attending Steveston-London Secondary School, and he is ecstatic to once again serve AOC as the District Director for Richmond this year. He is brimming with enthusiasm and is ready to host a variety of fun and impactful events throughout the 2025-2026 year. Jason's biggest hobby since the age of five has been playing music, whether it’s improvising chords on the piano and saxophone or weaving together beautiful melodies on the flute. He will bring to AOC his passionate spirit, not only for music, but also for communicating and engaging with others in the year ahead.

My name is Bernice Chan, and I am in grade 10. I go to R.C Palmer Secondary School in Richmond, British Columbia. In Adopt Our Community, I truly hope to give back to our community through acts of service and volunteering. I hope to work with like-minded students with the same goal to maintain and improve our communities. We will devote our time to do routine park clean ups, craft workshops to spread words of kindness, provide basic necessities for those in need, make fundraisers and focus on fostering a community of kindness and respect.

My name is Claire Guo, and I am a Grade 10 student at A.R. MacNeill Secondary School in Richmond. I am excited to be part of the AOC club because it gives me the chance to learn, grow, and connect with others who share similar interests. I enjoy taking on new challenges and pushing myself to step outside of my comfort zone. Through AOC, I hope to help build a supportive and engaging environment, encourage collaboration, and work toward projects that make a meaningful impact. I look forward to contributing my energy and ideas while making the most of this experience.
